We are seeking two experienced Payroll Specialists to join the client's BAU payroll team in Bristol. These roles will be primarily responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll using Cyborg, ensuring compliance and continuity of service during a period of system transition. In addition, the Payroll Specialists will provide input to the client project team as required, particularly during parallel run activities from an "as-is" perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end payroll processing in Cyborg as part of the BAU payroll team, including data input, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with all HMRC and statutory requirements.
Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies within agreed timelines.
Work closely with colleagues in HR, Finance, and the wider payroll team to maintain smooth payroll operations.
Provide support to the client project team by sharing knowledge of the as-is payroll processes and contributing to parallel run activities where required.
Assist with documentation and knowledge transfer to support the transition to the new payroll system.
Requirements
Demonstrable payroll experience, with strong hands-on Cyborg system knowledge (essential).
Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
Ability to work on-site in Bristol as part of the BAU payroll team.
