We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two key leaders at the heart of Splendid Hospitality Group: our Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director - Hotels.

Role in our Family
The Role:
Act as the trusted right hand to the CFO and MD - Hotels, confidently managing their complex schedules and competing priorities.
Coordinate meetings, travel, and key projects, often involving sensitive, strategic, and high-impact topics.
Handle high-level internal and external communications with professionalism, clarity, and warmth.
Support on major initiatives and events, including Splendid's Annual Awards and hotel leadership meetings.
Oversee essential administrative functions including document management, expense reconciliation, and stakeholder engagement.
Represent the Executive Office with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and integrity, always upholding the values and reputation of the business.
About you:
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can juggle multiple priorities with calm precision.
A natural problem-solver with initiative, sound judgement, and strong attention to detail.
Confident handling confidential matters and liaising at senior level both internally and externally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative team player who brings warmth, energy, and dependability to every interaction.
Experience in hospitality or multi-site businesses is a bonus, but not essential.
Available to start quickly and commit to an interim assignment.
