Interim Pharmaceuticals Recruiter 350pd
Role: Executive Researcher
Rate: Up to 350 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Client: World-leading Pharmaceuticals organisation
Location: Hybrid, with 2 days in London
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)
An exciting opportunity to work within a Global Pharmaceuticals organisation's in-house, executive search team, dedicated to senior hires within early-stage Life Sciences (R&D and Investigational Products).
The role will focus on sourcing and attraction of senior candidates, conducting initial calls to screen candidates and position the opportunity, and working closely with the Executive Sourcing Lead to progress them through the process.
This role will suit someone hungry to develop their career in-house, whose focus has been sourcing within niche talent pools of high-quality candidates, at VP level and above.
Experience:

  • Strong experience in retained search with boutique organisations or large search companies, within Pharmaceuticals, Biotech or Life Sciences disciplines.
  • Life Sciences background, with experience in early-stage, R&D disciplines.
  • Experience headhunting in small pools of high-quality candidates, at Director level through to SVP.
  • Permanent Hiring experience is key.
  • Advantageous would be any Life Sciences Academic background.
  • Experience sourcing talent globally would be beneficial.
