Robertson Bell is pleased to be working closely with a leading organisation within the not-for-profit sector, as they go to market with an interim Project Finance Officer. This person will have the opportunity to work autonomously on a complex project to work through a backlog of inaccurate data, as well as being offered a highly flexible, hybrid working pattern, with only one day per week required in the office. This will be an initial 8-week project, reflecting the estimated scope of the project, however there is the chance that further work could follow.

The Interim Finance Officer will be:

• Responsible for extracting financial information from a large data set to identify inaccurate or outdated information.
• Following a set process to rectify inaccuracies whilst sticking to clear, outlined procedures \xe2\x80\x93 whilst also problem solving when challenges arise.
• Working with senior stakeholders to raise queries related to the data extraction process.

My client is looking for someone with strong attention to detail, and able to succeed while sticking to set timeframes. This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has proven experience in successfully completing complex project work within a fast-paced environment, or someone who has recently graduated, keen to get stuck in to their first role in finance and data. Please note this role falls within scope of IR35 and will be paid by Umbrella company.

The ideal Interim Project Finance Officer will have:

• Experience working in an independent and complex project-based role, such as clearing backlogs of invoices, reconciliation projects, or similar data-led projects.
• High attention to detail.
• A solution-driven and proactive approach.
