CQC registration

and are seeking a skilled leader to help guide us through this crucial setup period in a

dual role

.

The Role - Dual Registered Manager & Nominated Individual

We are looking for someone who can:

Act as both

Registered Manager

and

Nominated Individual

during registration Provide

low-level advisory support

to prepare for CQC inspection Support with the Fit Person Interview Advise on governance, compliance and regulatory requirements Work flexibly around existing commitments
Once registration is approved, there will be the option to:

Recruit a permanent RM/NI and hand over smoothly

or

Continue in a longer-term position (if mutually agreed)

What You'll Bring

Eligible to be dual-registered as RM & NI under CQC Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Experience managing a regulated care service Strong understanding of governance, compliance and registration processes A collaborative, supportive and person-centred approach
