Job Description
Accuflex has an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Lawyer with a specialism in residential development to provide additional resource support to a global law firm.
The firm's Real Estate Team is seeking an interim lawyer with previous private practice experience to assist on a range of residential development transactions, particularly in the lead-up to the busy Christmas and New Year period.
We are looking for a mid- or senior-level lawyer (
minimum 5 years PQE
) with solidresidential development experience
. The successful candidate will be supporting large, reputable housebuilders on tasks such as:Drafting and negotiating option agreements; Working on "golden brick" transactions (therefore previous experience in these types of transactions is required); and Drafting development title reports
This role does not include supervisory responsibilities. Our client is seeking a candidate who can hit the ground running, work relatively independently, and manage their own files on a day-to-day basis, with support from the Supervising Partner or other senior team members as needed.
The successful candidate will be offered a fixed daily rate.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years PQE Experience in private practice Extensive residential development experience
