Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within the not-for-profit sector.
Proficiency in using accounting software and financial modelling tools.
Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Experience in managing and mentoring finance professionals.
