Interim Senior Finance Business Partner - Large charity - Fully Remote - 6 month contract

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for internal and external purposes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Support the implementation of financial strategies to optimise resources.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to enhance organisational performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expert financial guidance.
• Lead and mentor junior members of the finance team, fostering professional growth.

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within the not-for-profit sector.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial modelling tools.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience in managing and mentoring finance professionals.
