Located on the edge of the Lake District National Park, Furness College is the largest FE College in Cumbria offering an extensive range of courses with a particular emphasis on technical learning, apprenticeships and Higher Education, in addition to the broadest A' level offer in Cumbria. Interim Services Lead - Catering, Cleaning and Sport

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Services Lead to oversee the delivery of Catering, Cleaning, and Commercial Sport services across our college campuses. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Funding, you will lead a team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused service provision. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in service management, team leadership, and operational improvement. Salary:

29,497-32,118

Hours:

35 hours per week

Tenure:

Fixed term until July 2026

Annual Leave:

35 days plus bank holidays and up to 5 days Christmas closure (pro rata for fixed term/part time)
