Interim Treasury Manager, on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract

.

The role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Treasury Manager to join our client's Finance team on a fixed-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of cash and liquidity planning across a complex, multi-entity business with international operations. Reporting to senior Finance leadership, you will act as a key business partner, ensuring the organisation is well-positioned to manage working capital effectively, strengthen banking relationships and deliver robust reporting to support decision-making.

About you

You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) or treasury professional (AMCT) with strong hands-on experience in treasury operations and cash management Demonstrable experience in cashflow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital management Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills The ability to act as a confident and collaborative business partner, engaging with stakeholders at all levels A proactive mindset with the capacity to drive process improvements Experience working in fast-paced, multi-currency environments

As the Treasury Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Leading and enhancing cashflow forecasting, liquidity planning and working capital processes Preparing and maintaining accurate 13-week rolling cash forecasts and daily cash reporting Managing and strengthening banking relationships, ensuring covenant compliance and delivery of treasury KPIs Providing insight into cash risks and opportunities, collaborating with finance, supply chain and commercial teams Driving improvements in treasury processes and supporting wider finance transformation initiatives Contributing to strategic projects, including funding requirements, foreign exchange exposure management and capital efficiency
