We are seeking a talented and experienced

Interior/Architectural Designer

to join a Private Family Office on two exciting and unique residential projects. The successful candidate will take the lead in designing and planning the transformation of two exceptional properties:

A stylish

London mews house

requiring a modern, elegant, and functional design scheme. A

historic French chateau plus estate

, where sensitivity to traditional architecture will be key, alongside creative and practical space planning.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design process and space planning for both properties. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and materials palettes. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other consultants. Oversee planning and regulatory requirements as needed, especially for the French property. Source and specify FF&E and architectural materials. Coordinate procurement and manage timelines to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in high-end residential interior or architectural design. A strong portfolio showcasing both contemporary and traditional design work. Excellent project management and communication skills. Knowledge of UK building regulations; familiarity with French planning processes is a plus. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.). Fluent in English; French language skills advantageous.
