Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, developing design concepts, and managing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements. Create detailed design plans using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit. Develop visual presentations and mood boards using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Conduct site visits to assess spaces and oversee construction activities as needed. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions. Prepare specifications for materials, furnishings, and finishes required for each project.

Experience

Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects from concept through execution. Previous experience in interior design or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of construction processes and building regulations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
