What You'll Work On
Commercial office fit out and refurbishments (CAT A & B), capital plant replacement and mixed-use developments
Low-carbon building services strategies
IES modelling + heat load calculations
Mechanical/HVAC design (Mitsubishi, Daikin, MHI, etc.)
Part L, TM52, TM59 compliance
Decarbonisation and retrofit strategies
Coordination with architects + structural teams
RIBA Stage 2-4 technical delivery
What You'll Be Doing (Daily)
Producing mechanical designs, schematics & schedules
Developing IES VE models and reporting
Writing client-ready design reports (Stage 2-4)
Liaising with project teams and attending design meetings
Supporting junior engineers
Visiting site to verify installation quality

Essential Skills
3+ years in Building Services (consultancy preferred)
Mechanical focus (electrical knowledge is a bonus)
Proficiency in AutoCAD + IES VE
Understanding of ASHPs, VRF, MVHR, CHW/LTHW networks
Solid grasp of UK regulations (Part F/L/O, CIBSE Guides, BCO, HTM etc.)
