As a Brand Intern, you will support the Brand team in delivering high-impact global initiatives that shape how Mandarin Oriental is perceived worldwide. This role offers hands-on exposure to brand partnerships, media, events, and creative workstreams, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You will play an active role in coordinating projects, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing ideas that help elevate our brand presence across markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to gain practical experience within a global luxury brand environment.

As a Brand Intern, you will be responsible for:

Support the Partnerships Team with the development and execution of global partnerships, including briefing and onboarding external stakeholders, collating feedback, drafting and managing project timelines and producing progress reports. Support and offer insights towards a variety of key workstreams spanning Social Media, Advertising, Celebrity Management and more. Schedule and facilitate meetings for the Media, Partnerships and Events team, taking notes and distributing action plans afterwards. Follow up with global stakeholders to ensure progress of tasks. Review key materials and proposals to offer insightful builds and inform next steps. Perform administrative tasks such as registration of suppliers, processing invoices, budget tracking, filing documents, creating NDAs and more.
