We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

Your Mission


----------------

Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide internal events to foster team connection and alignment. Write, edit, and collaborate on engaging and inspiring internal communications (e.g., newsletters, intranet articles, announcements). Track and measure the effectiveness of internal campaigns, developing impact reports to guide future strategies. Generate and implement innovative ideas for communicating key company messages to diverse internal audiences. Assist in maintaining and updating internal digital channels, such as the company intranet. Provide everyday support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing content libraries, and conducting research on best practices.

A passion for people and clear storytelling, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills to help us engage and connect with our teams. A strong organizational approach, comfortable managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and paying close attention to detail. (Prior project or event management experience is a plus) Creative and innovative thinking to help us communicate key messages in fresh, engaging ways - we love new ideas! A collaborative spirit and a desire to roll up your sleeves, jump in and partner effectively with various team members and departments across the organization. Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in navigating ambiguous or rapidly changing environments. An analytical curiosity to learn about measuring the impact of our work, including reporting and tracking communication results.
