Working alongside expert travel consultants you will be responsible for identifying trends in our data, marrying to wider economic and industry trends, to tell compelling travel data stories. You will shape the future of our tooling and solutions, your data expertise, combined with understanding of business impact will mean you take the lead on user acceptance testing of new functionality.
What You'll Do
Conduct deep data analysis to identify, understand and contextualize data, creating compelling business insight - ranging from revenue opportunities to thought leadership trends
Monitor economic and industry trends
Create and document best practice research methodology
Appraise internal and external, quantitative and qualitative data sources, making recommendation for critical source data
Manage data using statistical analysis processes, scenario modelling and project management techniques
Showcase sophisticated information, data and insight in a simple and straightforward way to suit the audience
Scrutinize data quality and run acceptance testing - triaging, tracking resolution and documenting data caveats as necessary
Collaborate to create training and best practice materials
What We're Looking For
2+ years study or work experience in statistics, business administration, finance, data/decision sciences, economics, mathematics or similarly related field
Solid technical skills and willingness to learn new tools
Curious and innovative mentality and conceptual thinking
Highly self-motivated and self-organized, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
