Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing a MBA degree to participate in 3-6 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Plymouth, MN. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:

• You will contribute to the upstream marketing strategy of Philips in the field of Structural Heart Disease (SHD). You will help define value propositions, model business opportunities, and identify and evaluate technical, clinical, and commercial assumptions. You will also gain or deepen knowledge in the rapidly expanding SHD field, perform deep dives into unmet needs, procedure characteristics, and clinical trends, and leverage your business acumen to prioritize projects and opportunities.
• You will be part of the upstream marketing team dedicated to SHD innovations, and report directly into the team lead. You will also work closely with R&D, Advanced Development, and clinical experts. Your work will be presented to business category leadership and used to define Philips\xe2\x80\x99 growth trajectory in SHD.
• During your internship, you will be embedded within the Plymouth Advanced Development team but interface with colleagues and customers globally. You will have the opportunity to interact with key thought leaders in the field of SHD, witness clinical cases, and attend global conferences. You will learn about strategic imperatives, and gain a unique perspective on running a medical devices business.

You are the right fit if:

• You are currently pursuing a MBA
• You have experience in the medical industry, preferred
• Your skills include business case modelling, idea-to-market strategy, sharp critical thinking, analytical methods, and excellent communication
• You\xe2\x80\x99ve acquired 6+ years of experience in university and/or previous internships or coops. Marketing experience preferred.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $40.00 to $45.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
