Beaumont is currently recruiting for an Internal Account Executive to join our Sales Office team and play a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships across our distributor network.
This role will be based at our Flitwick office, with flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working pattern following a period of training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of distributor accounts and prospects, ensuring exceptional service and commercial performance. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with the Sales Support Manager, Field Sales Team, and other departments to deliver a cohesive sales approach and an outstanding distributor experience.
You will lead initiatives to increase order frequency, drive product adoption, and identify new business opportunities, while maintaining accurate records and a healthy sales pipeline.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and results-driven individual with a strong background in outbound sales or account management.
Salary Range Depending on Experience 30,000 - 32,000
Key Accountabilities
Drive sales growth by managing a defined portfolio of distributor accounts and prospects.
Proactively call existing distributors to increase order frequency, basket size, and product adoption.
Identify, qualify, and convert new distributor prospects into active accounts.
Re-engage inactive or underperforming accounts to restore revenue contribution.
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, process orders, quotes, and register new accounts.
Maintain accurate dealer records and a healthy sales pipeline with clear next actions.
Follow up on quotes, samples, promotions, and bulk order opportunities through to completion.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product range.
Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders to promote products, new launches, and services.
Provide sales support to the field team and collaborate with other departments to deliver an excellent distributor experience.
Build strong internal and external relationships to maximize account performance.
Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or internal account management.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
Structured, disciplined, and able to manage commercial conversations without supervision.
Clear communicator with confidence speaking to senior contacts at distributor level.
Experience selling B2B products through distributors or wholesale channels.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Experience in consumer goods, barware, hospitality, or related sectors would be beneficial.
