Internal Account Manager

Hybrid (2 days per week at customer offices, 3 days per week across HSS locations and customer project sites as required)

The impact you'll have:

The Internal Account Manager will act as the day-to-day face of HSS Proservice Infrastructure, supporting both customer head office procurement teams and project site teams. You will be responsible for order management, quotation accuracy, invoice resolution, and payment support, while also identifying opportunities for HSS to expand supply across additional product verticals.

A typical day:

Act as the dedicated point of contact for the customer's project sites and head office procurement team. Visit customer sites regularly and work directly from site when required to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. Manage day-to-day order raising, bookings, and quotation requests promptly and accurately. Build strong relationships across site teams, project managers, and procurement contacts. Proactively identify and convert opportunities for HSS to supply additional verticals, including training, fuel, building materials, and PPE. Engage with site teams to understand upcoming project requirements and position HSS as the first-choice supplier.

What you'll bring:

Strong customer service background with proven account management experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable with both site teams and senior procurement staff. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Commercially aware, with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities. Confident working independently at customer offices, HSS locations, and customer project sites. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with Dynamics preferred).
