Main purpose of role:

The Air Source Heat Pump Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air source heat pump systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install air source heat pump systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure all installations comply with relevant health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Education:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.

Certifications:

F-Gas Certification, Part L Building Regulations, and Water Regulations.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of air source heat pump systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills.

Other Requirements:

Valid UK driving license, ability to work at heights, and willingness to travel to various job sites.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience with renewable energy systems. Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring. Strong customer service orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 45,000.00 per year
