You will support both office and project teams, strengthening compliance with our Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ensuring alignment with
Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Information Security standards
. This is a key role in driving consistency, improvement, and assurance across all business areas.
What you will be doing
Plan and deliver the internal audit programme across your region, liaising with project sites, offices and corporate services.
Carry out objective and consistent audits covering project management, office/business unit management, functional areas, and information security.
Produce clear audit reports, agree corrective and preventative actions with stakeholders, and verify close-out of findings.
Analyse audit outcomes and share lessons learned, best practice, and opportunities for improvement across the business.
Support management reviews with audit trend data and insights.
Assist with incident investigations, supply chain audits, and pre-qualification/bid support where required.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement and implementation of our Business Management Systems.
What we need from you
Recognized degree in a related field
Knowledge and understanding of ISO Compliance
Conducting risk reviews applying qualitive scoring of risk
Analytical thinker
2- 4 years of experience in internal audit
Excellent analytical, communication skills
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
.
Strong technical acumen.
Awareness of risk and mitigation strategies.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Problem solving and decision making with a proactive and preventative approach
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Innovative problem-solving approach.
