Key Responsibilities

Audit Planning:

Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit & Risk to design a comprehensive, risk-based annual audit plan that aligns with our strategic objectives.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor the Senior Internal Auditor and Risk Manager, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Audit Execution:

Lead and participate in all phases of internal audits, ensuring thorough and effective execution.

Innovation in Audit:

Leverage data analytics for continuous monitoring and improvement of key controls.

Impactful Reporting:

Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and communicate findings to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with other departments to develop integrated solutions that enhance organisational efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification: CISA (required). Extensive experience conducting internal audits independently, with strong knowledge of audit standards, risk management, and governance practices. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate across all levels of the organisation.
