We're on the lookout for an

Internal Auditor

to join our Risk & Assurance team. If you're passionate about high standards, integrity, and helping organisations run smarter and safer this could be the perfect role for you.


You'll play a key part in delivering our internal audit plan, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the business in managing risk and ensuring compliance. If you're someone who enjoys getting into the detail, finding solutions, and making things better we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing



Deliver internal audit assignments from our approved annual audit plan Draft clear, high-quality reports with robust recommendations and agreed actions Track implementation of recommendations and report progress to senior teams and the Board Build strong, professional relationships with teams across the business Contribute to our internal controls framework, compliance, and risk management efforts Assist with regulatory assurance, fraud prevention, and audit committee reporting Provide occasional support to the insurance function during periods of absence Help drive process improvements and support a culture of openness and accountability

What we're looking for




We'd love to hear from you if you:

Hold a recognised internal audit or accountancy qualification Have extensive experience delivering internal audits (social housing experience is preferable) Understand risk, compliance, and what makes a strong internal control framework Have strong report writing, analytical, and communication skills Are confident engaging with people at all levels from colleagues to Board members Are pragmatic, professional, and passionate about service excellence Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and integrity Embrace change and enjoy finding creative solutions to business challenges
