AccessPay leads the way in payments operations excellence for finance and treasury teams. Our cloud-based platform seamlessly connects corporates to their banks, modernising banking operations, minimising the risk of fraud and error, enhancing payments efficiency, and optimising cash visibility.


As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, compliance, and security, we are looking for a dedicated professional to support the governance, risk, compliance, and information security functions within the business. This role is essential in ensuring that AccessPay maintains the highest industry standards, meets regulatory requirements, and safeguards the integrity of our systems and services, while working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.

Role Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. With the support the Director of GRCS&IIT, manage and maintain the company's information management system (IMS) and it's policy structure. Working with internal and external stakeholders, ensure the organisation maintains its current set of industry certifications. Deliver high-impact audit reports with clear recommendations and executive summaries. Co-ordinate cross-functional audits and work closely with Compliance, Assurance, Internal IT and Risk Management. Ensure compliance with mandatory training and policy review requirements across the company. Manage the employee screening process, ensuring any issues are raised with senior management and recruiting managers in a timely manner.

Skills,Knowledge & Expertise

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across various business functions. Ideally educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, PCI-DSS, BACS, SWIFT, GDPR, DORA and SOC2. Good appreciation of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing and cyber security. Good time management Ability to prioritise Strong project management skills/ability to work on more than one task
