41,000 (plus essential car user allowance 1353.42)


Contract:

Permanent full Time

United Response is seeking an Internal Auditor to provide independent and objective assessments across South East services, ensuring that our services are safe, effective, caring, responsive & well led. To ensure that our services are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.


What We're Looking For:





Experienced professional with a strong background in

audit or assurance

, ideally within

health and social care

. You'll have solid knowledge of

CQC regulatory requirements

and

Local Authority quality monitoring methods

, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving service improvements.



You'll be confident

supporting and influencing managers

, providing constructive feedback, and

delivering training

to enhance service quality. Strong

communication, organisational, and digital skills

are essential, along with the ability to

build trust quickly

,

manage challenging conversations

, and work both

independently and collaboratively

.
