Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and business development, as well as proficiency in CRM software, including hubspot. The successful applicant will work closely with the estimating team to identify opportunities, follow up on quotes and close business. In addition, working with the sales and estimating manager, they will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion. Collaborate with senior management to create effective promotional strategies. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Utilise CRM software, specifically Hubspot, to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales activities. Provide regular updates on business development activities to senior management.

Qualifications



Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a relevant industry. Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Hubspot, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative. Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
