Partner with teams across the organisation, including People and Culture and Technology and Change, to strengthen two-way communications and collaboration, particularly supporting staff engagement and feedback in a hybrid working environment during change.

Multi-Channel Communication

Create targeted content for internal audiences across multiple channels--including the intranet, virtual briefings, in-person events, leadership cascades, and the weekly e-bulletin--that explains change initiatives and highlights progress and impact.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change-related communications by collecting feedback and impact data, using insights to continuously improve messaging and channel strategy

Experience in planning, organising, and delivering internal events and communications activities that drive engagement and understanding of change in a hybrid working environment. Strong ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships across teams to ensure the successful delivery of change-related communications and to foster a sense of shared purpose and community during periods of transition. In-depth understanding of a range of internal engagement and communication channels, with insight into the strengths and limitations of each in the context of communicating organisational change.
