Internal Communications Coordinator
based in our Putney studio.
About the Role
This role will be within our marketing and communications team and will play a key role in connecting, informing, and inspiring our people. This position will facilitate the effective dissemination of important business and leadership updates, champion departmental initiatives, and strengthen our culture as a global design practice.
As a member of the Marketing & Communications team, the coordinator will work cross-functionally with Human Resources and Operations to achieve shared goals, such as retaining a diverse and engaged workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the EMEA Marketing & Communications Manager and Director in developing and implementing a communications strategy for all EMEA offices that is inclusive, fosters a sense of belonging among employees, and keeps them informed about important business updates, as well as the organisation's goals and vision. Work closely with the EMEA Directors to help draft internal communication pieces for release to the broader region.

End-to-end responsibility for preparing and facilitating company all-staff meetings, including programming content, working with speakers to refine presentations and ensuring the smooth running of the meetings both in person and online.
Monthly EMEA staff newsletter.
Monitor and regular posting on the company's internal digital communications platform, Engage.
Engage with relevant internal business teams to recommend and implement strategies to progress their internal communications/marketing requirements.
Working with counterparts in the Americas and APAC regions to support global internal communications efforts and strengthen firmwide collaboration and connections.
Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and general feedback to inform communications strategy and firmwide decision-making.
Collaborate with employee resource groups dedicated to sustainability and DEI+B priorities and help build a culture of inclusion through internal communications support.
Attend office meetings, team briefings and openly communicate and provide reports to your manager on a regular basis regarding the progress of projects and tasks under their responsibility.
Key requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in communications, English, marketing, journalism or other degree or relevant experience in marketing or communications.
Demonstrated experience and skills in a relevant internal communications role.
Excellent written, editing and oral communications skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Adobe Suite knowledge preferred as well.
Able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, with the ability to pivot course and prioritise when necessary -- all while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and self-motivated.
Graphic design experience and knowledge are desirable.
