We'll help you succeed
Leading organisations trust us because of the quality of our advice. That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with them and building long-lasting relationships.
You'll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners to help businesses effectively. You'll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
In this challenging and rewarding role you'll:
Work closely with the Head of Internal Communications for Audit and Tax to shape and drive delivery of the Streams internal communications and engagement programme

Ensure that all Stream communications align with the firm's vision, strategy, and internal engagement plans and calendar
Develop relationships and build communities to involve people appropriately in the Stream strategies and plans and increase understanding of how every role contributes to it
Understand and help to deliver:
Stream leadership and strategy comms and engagement activity, including conferences, away days, townhalls, partner and team calls, etc.
Stream mailers and events e.g. The Audit Roundup, TeLAGram, Bubblewrap etc.
Listening events
Showcase stream stories through our firmwide channels.
Respond at speed to emerging communications needs as well as tactical demands
Link in with and leverage the central IC team on priorities, messages, channels, and communications sequencing
