We're looking for a talented Internal Communications Manager to join our Group Brand and Marketing team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

What you'll do




At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Internal Communications Manager you too will play an integral part in what we do.


You will be responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing our internal communications programme in the UK, across CAF and CAF Bank. This role involves coordinating all internal communication activities to ensure that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's strategy, goals and values.


As our Internal Communications Manager you will:


Develop comprehensive internal communication plans that support the One CAF Strategic Plan objectives and foster positive workforce engagement Generate high-quality content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, video content, intranet updates, and internal social media platforms Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align communication efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all internal channels Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention through effective and targeted internal communication strategies Plan and manage internal events, such as town halls, employee recognition programmes, team-building activities and all-hands meetings Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies using relevant metrics, analytics, and employee feedback to continuously improve engagement

Who you are




This role is for you if you have significant internal communications or marketing communications experience with demonstrable managerial level experience, or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society.


We are looking for:


Proven record of delivering successful internal communication strategies and employee engagement initiatives Digital content creation experience including copywriting and editing, video production, and management of intranet platforms and internal communication channels Experience developing and managing employee engagement programmes and internal events Working knowledge of internal communication best practices and employee engagement principles Proven experience of using CMS/Intranet technologies Excellent understanding of employee engagement measurement and analytics
