Your role in the Team's Success

Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies Create compelling content across multiple channels (email, intranet, video, presentations) Lead town halls, change communications, and employee engagement initiatives Measure effectiveness and optimize based on data and feedback

What you'll do

Strategic Communication


Partner with senior leaders to align messaging with business objectives Create communications campaign strategies Lead internal communications for organisational changes and initiatives
Content & Engagement


Produce high-quality content for diverse audiences and channels Design and execute employee feedback mechanisms and surveys Coordinate town halls, events, and leadership communications
Measurement & Optimisation


Analyse communication effectiveness through metrics and employee feedback Implement new measurement frameworks and KPIs Continuously improve communication approaches based on insights

What you'll need for this role

Experience


5+ years internal/corporate communications in fast-paced, digital organizations Global communications experience preferred Proven track record managing communications during organisational change
Technical Skills


Expert proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms Strong presentation design and basic graphic design capabilities Experience with Peakon advantageous
Core Competencies


Exceptional writing and editing for diverse audiences Strategic thinking with business acumen Strong stakeholder management and influence skills Cultural sensitivity and adaptability Project management and organisational excellence
