We're recruiting for an Internal Communications Manager within our in-house Marketing & Communications team to lead on employee engagement and communications.


This role will be responsible for enhancing the company's culture by developing and delivering creative and fun internal communications strategies which ensures that our people are aligned with our overall goals, while also being informed about our latest news and announcements from across the business and our clients. This role will work with the wider Marketing, Communications & Events teams, as well as build strong relationships with key stakeholders in our Operational Board and Client Strategy & Intelligence team to ensure that our people are well informed, feel valued and connected.

Key responsibilities:




Internal Communications Strategy:

Develop and implement an internal communication strategy aligned with our business goals and values. Build strong relationships across the organisation to support long-term planning and initiatives.Ensure that internal channels provide clear, consistent and fun messaging which amplifies our culture and values, while fostering a sense of belonging and unity across the business.

Campaigns and Content:

Create and deliver engaging content that supports our business strategy and key initiatives around people, technology, clients and performance.

Channels:

Manage and develop engaging internal communication channels, including Sharepoint intranet, newsletters, and digital platforms. Promote internal networking as well as employee feedback mechanisms.

Events:

Alongside the in-house Events Manager plan and execute internal events to bring our employees together in order to build stronger relationships and better understanding of the various capabilities and skills we have in-house.

Evaluate:

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives in order to enhance and drive increased employee engagement.


Qualifications



Experience

: At least three years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in managing multi-channel communication, including Sharepoint intranets, email platforms, digital channels and internal events preferably in a large or complex organisation. Proven experience working on campaigns which promote a strong collaborative company culture and identity. Qualifications in Internal Communications or related fields would be ideal, but not essential.

Communication skills

: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex narratives concisely and effectively to various internal audiences, across appropriate channels.

Strategic and creative thinking

: Ability to develop and implement strategic and creative internal communications campaigns that align with business objectives, promote a strong company culture and maximise our internal opportunities for business development.

Stakeholder engagement

: A proven record of building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset to work alongside experts in a cross-functional marketing and communications teams.
