THE ROLE
We're looking for a confident, experienced Internal Communications Manager to help shape and deliver clear, engaging, and consistent communication across our global organisation.
Reporting to the Communications Director, this role is central to how we connect, align, and inspire our people. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll support high-impact functional communication programs and campaigns that reinforce priorities, spotlight innovation and help drive meaningful engagement across the business.
You'll lead our internal communications channel strategy, governance, and content delivery, ensuring key messages reach the right people, in the right way, at the right time. With channel expertise and strong editorial judgement, you'll bring structure to how we communicate and translate complex ideas into compelling, accessible communications that resonate across audiences and regions.
OPPORTUNITIES
Executive & Senior Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key point of contact for internal communications support across business functions, building trust with senior stakeholders and offering guidance on tone, structure, and approach. Work closely with the Communications team leadership to confidently support live and virtual engagement moments for senior leaders, including message development, leadership updates, and event support. Priority Functional Communications Programs:
Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing Communications, Head of Executive Communications and functional senior leaders to shape and deliver clear, timely, and engaging internal communications aligned to business priorities. Internal Channels Strategy & Execution:
Manage and evolve our internal communications channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, Teams, webinars), ensuring consistency, clarity, and reach. Recommend improvements and lead on implementation, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and employee experience. Define, document and maintain channel governance and usage standards. Priority Functional Communications Programs:
Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing Communications, Head of Executive Communications and functional senior leaders to shape and deliver clear, timely, and engaging internal communications aligned to business priorities. Content Development & Editorial Ownership:
Develop and deploy internal communications across a range of channels that deliver tangible businessimpact, translating complex business strategies into understandable and creative narratives to engage our employees. Own and manage the company-wide internal communications content calendar working in partnership with the Director and broader Communications team, ensuring coordinated messaging and coverage of key moments. Foster Two-Way Communication:
Support mechanisms for feedback and dialogue across the company, including functional Town Halls, employee Q&As, pulse surveys, Ask Me Anything sessions, and feedback loops tied to channels. Measure & Optimize Impact:
Track the performance of communications and channels using analytics and employee feedback to continuously optimize content, format, and delivery.
SKILLS
You're a skilled communicator with strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels. You enjoy owning comms execution from idea to delivery, and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where things move quickly.
8+ years in internal communications roles, ideally within a high-growth environment
Collaborative mindset and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
Hands-on experience managing and evolving internal communications channels, with a strong understanding of their use cases, strengths, and governance
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a clear, concise and engaging tone
Excellent organizational and planning skills, including experience building and managing an internal content calendar
Comfort with ambiguity and change, thriving in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and context matters
Familiarity with internal platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Viva, Poppulo or similar)
A global mindset and ability to adapt communications across diverse regions and audiences
