This role is based at Northampton but we're flexible on a mix of home and office working.Key elements of this role include creating engaging communications that promote and embed our organisational values and behaviors based around our ?EUR~Thrive?EUR(TM) agenda of Trust, High performance, Respect, Innovate, Value and Empower.Campaigns will range from promoting diversity, wellbeing and recognition, to service change programmes, including the roll out of new technology, processes and supporting wider council strategies.
