The Role
As an Internal Customer Service Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle enquiries, process orders, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage customer enquiries by phone, email, and online.
Process sales orders accurately and in line with company procedures.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Work closely with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
Handle complaints or queries professionally and efficiently.
Support account managers with administration and customer updates.
Contribute to building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Skills & Experience
Previous customer service or internal sales experience (automotive/manufacturing sector desirable).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
Confident IT skills (CRM systems, MS Office, Outlook, Excel).
Positive, team-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset.
