About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and organised Internal Key Account Manager to join our busy Sales team. You'll work closely with two field-based Sales Representatives, supporting them by managing their inboxes, diaries, and customer communications, as well as booking appointments and maintaining great client relationships.

This is an office-based role where you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth communication between internal and external sales activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries, inboxes and appointments for two Regional Sales Representatives Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up communications Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system Handle smaller accounts, ensuring regular contact and excellent service Process orders, quotes and updates efficiently Work with the wider Sales team to identify opportunities and improve account management

What We're Looking For

Experience in account management, sales coordination, or customer service Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Positive attitude and a team player
