The Role:
We're on the looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Sales Administrator to join our busy team.
In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our sales office keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting our sales activity and making sure our customers get the excellent service they expect from us.

What You'll be Doing:
Managing and plan in detail your daily sales admin and keeping everything running on schedule for the customer.
Entering and updating sales orders accurately in our SAP system.
Following up with customers on quotes and order updates.
Liaising with the warehouse and logistics partners to keep deliveries on track.
Monitoring customer accounts and spotting trends to support business growth.
Working with our international teams in France and China (all in English).
Assisting management with reports and updates when needed.
Helping with receivables and following up on outstanding payments.
About You:
You're an experienced sales administrator who loves to stay organised, plan your day, and make sure no detail slips through the cracks. You take pride in excellent communication, teamwork, and great customer service. You thrive in a busy, hands-on environment where every day feels different.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales office administration
Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
Excellent communicator with a confident, professional phone manner
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team

Interview Process
Phase 1: Initial 20-minute phone interview.
Phase 2: In-person interview at Extruflex UK offices (NP11 4EA) with the Sales & Administration Office Manager (approximately 1 hour).
Phase 3: Final interview in person with the Extruflex Director, held on-site at Extruflex UK.
You will be informed of the outcome within one week following the final interview.
