About the Role

Deliver a warm welcome to every guest, embodying our values and positive team spirit
Take and serve food and drink orders, ensuring guests' needs are consistently met with care
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver smooth, timely, and friendly service throughout each shift
Share your knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and options to help guests make informed choices
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation by setting, cleaning, and resetting tables as needed
Adhere to all health & safety and hygiene procedures, supporting our culture of safety and compliance
Support the wider team during busy periods and special events, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
About You
=============
Barista training or experience is essential
Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering excellent service
Previous experience in hospitality or fast-paced customer service is beneficial--but a willingness to learn is just as valued
Clear and effective communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
Calm and detail-oriented, especially under pressure
Flexible, approachable, and eager to contribute to the continued success of our growing team
Due to licensing laws, applicants must be aged 18 or over
