PURPOSE OF ROLE:

This role is focused on building and maintaining customer relationships, providing them with quick responses to their enquiries and proactively following up quotations to secure orders.

TEAM FUNCTION:

We promote ourselves as a premium distributor for over 400 different pump brands. As a result, we receive a high volume of enquiries every day for a wide range of different types of pumps, clients and applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responding to pump enquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and website contact forms Proactively contacting suppliers to ensure quick responses Specify appropriate pump systems and replacement pumps/spares according to requirements and specification needs Collaborating effectively with team members and offering support when needed Diligently following up on quotations to secure updates and convert enquiries into orders Provide excellent customer service

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Experience in working with customers who purchase technical equipment Excellent written and verbal communication skills comfortable in networking with internal and external contacts Competent Level of IT Skills Interested in technical products and solutions A level of commercial acumen
