The Role
You'll ensure assessments are consistent, fair, and meet NOCN's quality requirements. Working closely with Assessors and the Quality Assurance team, you'll support best practice, review assessment decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement across our processes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and carry out internal quality assurance activities using a risk-based approach. Review assessment evidence and results to ensure accuracy and consistency. Provide feedback, advice, and CPD support to Assessors. Contribute to the interpretation of occupational standards and assessment plans. Report assessment or malpractice issues as required. Support the management of Assessor performance and quality. Assist with complaints, appeals, and End-Point Assessments where needed.

About You
Experienced IQA within
construction or built environment
sectors. Hold anIQA qualification (V1 / equivalent)
. Understand apprenticeship standards and End-Point Assessment processes. * Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
