We are looking for an

Internal Quality Engineer - Reliability

to join our high-performance manufacturing team. This is a critical role at the heart of our operations, where precision, speed, and reliability are essential to delivering world-class components to the track. You will play a pivotal part in upholding the highest quality standards, supporting fault investigation and containment, and driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes. As part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will work closely with Engineering, Design, and Production teams to identify risks early, resolve non-conformances, and ensure that every part meets the rigorous demands of elite motorsport.

Key Responsibilities





Support manufacturing teams by investigating non-conformances, containing faults, and enhancing quality assurance across the board. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to identify risks early and prevent quality issues before production starts. Lead regular review meetings to analyse trends, drive root cause investigations, and implement effective corrective actions for ongoing process improvement. Serve as the key quality assurance interface between Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. Develop clear, concise work instructions for production teams. Audit and report on internal NCRs and concessions weekly, sharing key findings with stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration. Lead and participate in meetings that drive change and foster improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of QA best practices and standards.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





A strong background in Quality Assurance within a high-performance, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficient in problem-solving methodologies including 5 Whys, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis, with experience managing and tracking faults using JIRA-based fault management systems. Excellent attention to detail and a deep understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (IFS, SAP) and Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is a plus. A self-motivated, adaptable, and confident problem solver who thrives under pressure. A team player who builds positive working relationships and embodies a culture of accountability and innovation. Clear understanding of Health & Safety principles and how they apply in a manufacturing setting.
