We're looking for an Internal Recruiter - Tech Specialist - or a tech-savvy professional with strong knowledge of IT roles (e.g. developers, support) who wants to move into recruitment.

This is a 12-month maternity cover, reporting to the Recruitment Manager. You'll support end-to-end in-house recruitment across our group of businesses. While you'll cover a mix of roles, whenever IT and tech vacancies arise you'll act as the primary recruiter, leading the full process.

What You'll Be Doing



Acting as the first port of call for tech/IT roles (developers, IT support, infrastructure, data & digital) when they arise Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: from role briefing to offer and onboarding (or learning how, if you're new to recruitment) Partnering with hiring managers and the Recruitment Manager across multiple businesses to design effective sourcing strategies Writing and posting engaging job adverts across LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms Sourcing tech talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and networking Screening CVs, running first-stage calls, and coordinating interviews Supporting employer brand activity to attract the best talent

About You



Either:



An experienced Tech Recruiter (agency or in-house) with strong stakeholder management skills

OR



A tech-savvy individual with knowledge of roles such as PHP Developers, Software Engineers, IT Support, Infrastructure, Data & Digital talent, who's keen to move into recruitment (full training provided)

Essential:



Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple priorities A collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently
