Our Recruitment Manager - Weekly is looking to recruit a knowledgeable and hardworking Internal Recruiter who is comfortable working to tight deadlines to deliver both great service and results. You will be primarily responsible for managing the recruitment process for high volume weekly paid employees into your dedicated Business Units. You will work closely with your wider P&T colleagues and site management teams to ensure your depots and departments are fully compliant with the agreed recruitment process for their roles.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for making sure all vacancies in your Business Unit are added to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) SmartRecruiter fully and accurately as per the Request to Recruit Form. Daily review of all your vacancies to ensure candidates are moving through the candidate "pots" as expected and to identify issues and solutions when needed. Undertake in-depth Google Meet interviews for candidates to assess their suitability to the weekly role on offer so that you can make informed hiring decisions at the conclusion of the recruitment process for that role Ensure all notes are recorded accurately on SmartRecruiter Be confident in the hiring decisions you make, taking accountability for decisions made. Providing constructive candidate feedback When needed actively sourcing for candidates through appropriate routes to market including Social Media and proactive head hunting. Ensuring that the ATS and all internal documents are updated fully and accurately to ensure accurate management reporting and compliance to all recruitment practices and procedures and compliance to company and legislative requirements. Ensure that any relevant emails, received into the Recruitment Weekly Inbox are actioned straight away. Educate Hiring Managers on key employment law legislation that is pertinent to the recruitment process.


Qualifications

About You




As the successful candidate you will be passionate about delivering great service every day. You will be able to demonstrate handling a wide portfolio of work and dealing with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of recruitment practices and procedures would be preferred. The ability to work effectively and flexibly in a pressurised and fast paced environment is critical.


You will have a natural ability to engage with both internal stakeholders and candidates delivering outstanding service to ensure our stakeholders and candidates expectations are met. We would also expect;

Ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns and multiple stakeholders Ability to plan and manage your workload to ensure challenging recruitment targets are met. Strong communication and administration skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with high levels of resilience and self-motivation. Ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Self starter with the ability to work autonomously and on your own initiative. Good levels of computer literacy G Suite/Microsoft Office Knowledge of SmartRecruiter ATS would be advantageous but not critical
