This role goes beyond filling vacancies--it's about crafting candidate attraction strategies that reflect our brand, culture, and mission, and ensuring we continue to grow with the right people at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing innovative candidate attraction campaigns including advertising, our website, social media channels and recruitment events
Design and manage appropriate recruitment and selection activities including the development of job descriptions and person specifications, preparation of job adverts, shortlisting, and the interviewing and selection of candidates;
Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers and colleagues to fully understand requirements within the business
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Championing our employer brand to ensure we stand out in a competitive market
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from attraction to induction with a focus on candidate experience
Using data and insights to refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes
Supporting workforce planning as we scale across new markets and product lines
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-focused environment
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into talent acquisition plans
Excellent written English skills and ability to write engaging job adverts and candidate communications
Good decision making skills with the ability to understand and solve challenges, make suggestions and expert recommendations
Passion for employer branding and candidate engagement
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
