Internal Sales Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1EH
Salary: 23,809.50 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Logging and actioning customer requests promptly and accurately
• Providing exceptional customer service at every opportunity
• Negotiating pricing and contract terms to meet customer needs
• Collaborating with the contracts department and depots to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate CRM data and inputting updates regularly
• Supporting the team with a variety of office duties as required

• Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Understands the principles of customer care and delivers outstanding service
• Confident in both verbal and written communication
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to quickly learn new systems
• Committed, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Driven to develop professionally and succeed in a sales career
