Job Description

We're expanding our head office team and looking for a motivated Internal Sales Adviser to join us in Glenrothes. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a long-established, reputable company within the UK water storage industry.

In this office-based role, you'll learn about our full range of hot water systems to offer technical advice, prepare quotations, manage orders, and support both existing and new customers. You'll work closely with the wider sales team and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Keys Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice and product recommendations Prepare and follow up on quotations Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries Make proactive sales calls to customers and potential customers Process orders and manage sales administration tasks Support external sales and marketing initiatives Build and maintain strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For:

Sales or customer service experience (technical product knowledge is a plus) Strong communication skills - verbal and written Confident, friendly, and customer-focused approach High level of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail Target-driven with a desire to learn and achieve Organised and professional, with good time management Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or renewables is an advantage
