Role Outline:



The role of the Internal Sales Advisor is to enable the Regional Sales Managers to achieve and exceed their sales target by giving administrative support and helping to generate revenue by retaining existing customers and from enabling new business.

Working Hours:



Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm (37.5 hours per week).

Salary:



23,809.50 per annum

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:



Answer incoming sales calls professionally and in a timely manner, and ensure that all queries are handled with the highest level of customer care. Produce important customer documentation. Contact potential leads within the industry through structured call campaigns. Handle new customer enquiries. Assist in the daily management of the Sales, Sample and Service call inboxes. Organise marketing materials such as brochures and samples (as required). Make courtesy calls to new clients, all House accounts, TruFrame Trade Counters and the TruFrame active customer database. Log feedback and action as required. Create Sales Tracker reports. Conduct Credit Safe and Companies House checks for potential customers. Maintain a high level of conversion during call campaigns, aiming for a minimum of a 50% success rate of leads generated. Promote all sales promotions throughout the customer database. Assist with the MDV report daily. Take responsibility for personal KPI's. Support the External Sales Team as required. Undertake other tasks which are deemed critical within the Sales Department.

Person specification:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal effectively with client queries. Comfortable with holding difficult conversations and diffusing a situation. Ability to work well under pressure, whilst prioritising your workload accurately. Excellent data entry skills in terms of accuracy, speed and volume. Confident telephone manner. Professional at all times when communicating with stakeholders. Commercial and creative mind-set.
