Internal Sales Advisor - Trafford Park (On-Site)

We're now looking for a confident, detail-oriented Internal Sales Advisor to join our growing team, working on-site at our customer's National Partnered Services Centre in Trafford Park.

The Role

You'll play a key part in providing outstanding service and support to both our client and internal teams. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is keen to grow within the hire or modular accommodation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries and respond quickly with accurate quotes and product information Resolve invoice queries in line with agreed sales and pricing terms Build lasting relationships by delivering a helpful and proactive customer experience Promote Liberty Group's products and services where relevant Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and operational targets Ensure all communications are professional, clear, and customer-centric

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the hire/modular accommodation sector (preferred) A willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
