30 - 35K + bonus (OTE 50K+)

We are looking for an Internal (Office Based) Sales Agent to join our team at Morgan Ellis Lifts to generate more business and sales, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative who possess a passion for sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Work with the Lead & Sales Agent within the team liaising with clients. Liaising with new client enquiries. Provide product quotations to clients, demonstrating their benefits effectively and chasing updates for quotes to a potential sale. Close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Experience

Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong customer-focused mindset.
