We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Internal Sales team.
Main Duties:
Processing all incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders
Being first point of contact for sales support enquiries received into the business by telephone and email. Providing an outstanding customer experience in all interactions
Managing the return and credit of products in line with our returns policy
Resolving invoice queries and disputes
Maximising opportunities to upsell
Effective relationship management with our external sales team
Building relationships with all merchants and installers within a designated sales area
Knowledge and Experience:
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent literacy and maths
Enthusiastic and motivated individual
Able to work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative
Computer literate - Excel and Word experience are essential, Sage is preferable
Good problem solver
Ability to grasp a good level of technical detail
Excellent telephone etiquette and a natural flair for delivering an excellent customer experience
