Role Description
This full-time role as an Internal Sales Coordinator is based in Southampton, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The primary responsibilities include managing inside sales activities, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.
The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting the external sales team to meet business goals.
Day-to-day tasks will require close collaboration with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Sales skills to manage and close opportunities effectively
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with clients
Experience with Order Processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
Proficiency in basic office tools and CRM systems is advantageous
Ability to work independently, organise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
Familiarity with the welding or industrial supply industry a bonus.
